How is personal information collected?
In order for Showbiz Events & Travel to provide customers with a booking service offering priority seating tickets and packages for Australian and worldwide events, Showbiz Events & Travel needs to collect some personal information about you, including your name, address and telephone number.
This includes information or opinions about you that we collect and record which
reasonably could be used to identify you.
Collection will occur at the time you make a purchase, or when you register as a
Showbiz Events & Travel member, through our website or via our Event & Hospitality
Sales Managers.

When individuals browse www.showbiz.com.au or www.showbizeta.com
we do not collect their personal information.
When an individual looks at our website, our internet service provider makes a record of the individual’s visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:
- the individuals server address
- the individuals top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au etc)
- the pages the individuals has accessed and documents downloaded
- the previous website visited and
- the type of browser being used
We do not identify users or their browsing activities.
(iv) Cookies
Our website uses a cookie session to store the order contents until you are ready to purchase, at which time the cookie is destroyed. Currently the booking process
will not function unless you allow that cookie through your Options setting of your Internet browser.
The website statistics for the site are generated from server logs as outlined above.
When an individual closes their browser the session cookie set by our website is destroyed and no personal information is maintained which might identify
and individual should they visit our website at a later date.
